Any one or two-star reviews are most likely paid trolls because I haven’t dealt with a better company in my 20 years of hiring and firing vendors to take care of my small chain of Subways. Ever since Butterfly had LV step in, my walk-ins haven’t missed a beat. I really appreciate the follow-ups the techs do on every repair. Love this company!

This company is a 3rd party contractor wanting any subcontractor to sign their life away on a contract that is mainly 1 sided. I asked them to authorize the work via email and instead they send me an email of my payment "I want" but they did not agree to. They send you a contract where you as a sub contractor agree to NOT put a lien on a property if/when they do not pay you for the services they called you on. Regarding payment, It is in the contract (If you are nuts to sign it) that you are NOT getting paid until they receive your invoice and it may take up to 45 days or longer. You also agree to ONLY sue them in Suffolk County in NYS if you get stiffed. Run as quick as you can when this company calls you!!!!!

Wonderful experience working with the team at Lane Valente. I have a long history dating back to 2009 on various projects and business levels. They are very qualified to handle high level facility maintenence solutions and customer service is the best.. happy to recommend them to others.

The original project, in late 2020, was completed beautifully, quick, and at a fair price. We wanted to install additional chargers in our garage, and the price increased over 300% for the same work. We attempted to contact them to revise the bid and adjust to reduce the cost and were told that they were too busy and to use someone else. I’m shocked that a return customer would be treated this way. We are clearly a very small fish in their big corporate client pond.
