Zero professionalism. They lied to my face and blamed me that they didn’t do their jobs and submit the correct documents I had everything with me, and they said I didn’t need it. They cost me time and money, and I still don’t know if the email I got is legit or where I need to submit my original documents is the correct address. They were completely rude, unhelpful, took my money and didn’t do the job they were paid for.

I didn’t check the birth certificate until I was home, after waiting two-and a half hours. It had the incorrect month. Have to return tomorrow.

Went to get a new passport and the process was painless. I should've asked for the guys name but he walked me through each step and wasted no time and was extremely helpful and informative. Great experience.

What took me two trips and over two hours each visit to the USPS for our family passports, I went to Clerk of Court and literally took 5 minutes at the Clerk of Court office. I should have came here to begin with!
