I received a traffic ticket in Shelby County. I have MetLife legal services through my work and found BHM. I contacted BHM July 26th and talked to a paralegal, Ginny Thomas. She requested information from me. I responded the next day, July 27th with the information requested. I followed up many times and nothing. Finally went back to MetLife and asked for a response. Almost 2 months later (after my initial court date) September 17th, I receive correspondence from Hannah. No apologies, just a "what do you need?" Cool. Ginny quit. So, you mean to tell me in that amount of time, you weren't able to figure out how to get to her mailbox, respond to people? And ultimately, Ginny led me to believe that they would be able to help me; knowing I'm in a different state, hundreds of miles away. Well, it turns out I need to be present for my court date. And that's fine, but maybe you should have had someone convey that to me in the first place. Very frustrated with the whole situation.
