The GOOD:
I was simply impressed with the excellent customer service experienced in this company location. Had to ship a Fine Art painting, found thicker and very high quality custom made box to safely send to final destination.

Used insured FEDEX Ground service. Store had up to date terminals with label printers, all done in a timely professional matter.

Will highly recommend, and will continue to do business with Tennessee Valley & Container for Fine Art as well as purchase all my shipping Materials. I loved their wide tape rolls! They have quite a bit of stock!

Impressive service and friendly staff! From the moment I called their office Chris was amazing. I explained I needed a special size box to send a painting. He patiently listened to me and then explained the option of custom cut boxes. Once I arrived with the painting, he took the time to show me the difference in thickness and cost for each box. I was also happy to learned that it was a one stop shop. Chris printed the FedEx slip, provide me with my receipt and tracking information, and let me know I would get a copy on my email. I was even more pleased when he told me I didn't have to wait for the box to be ready, that he would take care of it, pack my painting and seal it. He finished by saying that the package will be picked up in an hour. The whole experience was delightful! Thank you Chris!!!! Made my life easier. 🙂

Friendliest staff! Best place to ship packages with UPS, Fedex, DHL, or even USPS. I take all my amazon returns here because they can help me return them without having to drive to Huntsville. They also have game day attire for every SEC team! There’s even a wall dedicated for Arab and Brindlee Mountain gear. I come here every week!

I brought in a mountain bike to have shipped. They created a box and packaged it. The shipping cost for the box was going to be over $500. To get the cost down, they unpackaged the bike, created a new smaller box, and repackaged it. That saved me $300 in shipping costs. Great service. Thanks again.
