Apparently they think it’s ok to give you a load. Then after taking less then 3hrs to do a carrier packet with them. Communicating with them the whole time. They decide to go ahead and give the load to another carrier for no reason. Worse yet they don’t tell you until you call them and ask where the load paperwork is. Then they say it was given away two hours earlier. All they did was waste our time and cost us money, that we spent getting setup with them. I would defiantly recommend that you don’t use this Broker. As it seems they have very shady business practices.
