I was referred to GoBig Printing by one of my clients and I am so thankful he did. I have been working with Claudia at GoBig Printing since December 2023 and she has been amazing to work with. She helped onboard me and set my account up so it was super easy for me to make the transition from the other mailing company I used prior. I have been extremely pleased with the pricing, communication, and overall experience with using GoBig Printing as my new mailing company. I mail about 10,000-20,000 letters/postcards per month and have never ran into an issue. They are all very detail oriented, make sure everything is set up as should be, and my mail hits very quick to my potential customers/clients. GoBig Printing continues to over deliver on their products and services. I am not at all good at the printing and label aspect of my real estate investing business, but they take care of that for me so that I know my mailers are done right when they get dropped in the mail. I have been using PrintGenie for years! There direct mail solution is amazing. They have so many prebuilt marketing campaigns that you can truly set up for any campaign and they run automatically. They even have list builder tool so you can pull data right from their mailing platform. I also love how easy to use their mobile app is to use. I highly recommend PrintGenie for any of your direct mail needs.

I enjoyed print genie, I was on the more expensive customizable plan and I was not able to afford the monthly expense due to my market g budget but I would definitely keep using them if I had the money to spend on it.

After one campaign, I ended up deciding I did not want do post cards anymore. I had to fund PrintGenie up front, and when I wanted out, they would not give me my remaining $141 in my account. Essentially, they policy allow for stealing my money. I do not recommend this company.
