Stay away. Came here for fingerprint services, asked how much for 2 fingerprint inked cards, he said $60. When he was done, I gave him my credit card and he said it was $60 each so total was $120. When I was discussing the deception, he scanned my card at the credit card reader! I did not give my consent to the charge!

When I asked him if the ink he was using is fingerprint ink, which cleans off easily, he said yes. I told him it didn't look like it but he insisted all 4 times I asked him. Even when he gave me a wet wipe to clean off and the ink wasn't wiping off, he said "don't worry, it will wash off easily". It didn't wash off! My hands are stained!

They were nice enough, but I was surprised to be charged $2 to drop off a DHL package that was already labeled and paid for. This doesn't seem to be standard practice. I don't mind but it wasn't clearly labeled on their website or in the store, and then they ran it up on the credit card machine and told me it's a $15 minimum to use card. Then I was not given a receipt for paying in cash. I don't care about the $2 because it's a small business, but it felt like a deceptive way to try to make more and I would rather they just be up front.

In connection with family estate planning, I had 13 documents to be notarized, 6 to be witnessed. Three signatories, I needed a notary as well as multiple witnesses for these documents. I knew this would be a minor logistical process and take about an hour to complete. So I read the reviews and chose Postal N Parcel Plus carefully, and was glad I did.

I called in advance and the gentleman reassured me that they were capable of handling such a task, and confirmed a good time for us to come in.

Ms. Trivedi, the notary who was there that day, exceeded all my expectations. We benefited from her experience as she has clearly handled these matters before, was organized and professional, and had the attention to details necessary for the task. For example, she correctly identified the need to precisely certify as to a signatory's middle initial or full middle name, depending on how a document is executed, for documents to be recorded at the County recorders office. She served as a welcome second pair of eyes, pointing out, for example, when she would typically see a document notarized instead of witnessed, but also gently doing things my way when I explained my rationale for going with witnesses instead. She was right, by the way, I should have gotten the document notarized instead.

But beyond that, their role as a friendly, neighborhood business really showed when Ms. Trivedi politely asked if one of the other customers, a regular who was waiting for something to come in, wouldn't mind serving as a witness to a document signing, saving me the necessity of finding another third-party witness later on in the day.

It's obvious to me why the other customers who came in while we were there were all regulars, all on a first name basis with Ms. Trivedi. This is a family-run, neighborhood business. If they can handle my modestly involved, legal document signing well - and they did, managing my process as well as quickly processing the few walk-ins that came in the meantime - they can handle your mailbox, delivery or notary or other services well indeed.

The woman helping me couldn’t have been more kind and efficient. I will drive farther to frequent this establishment because of her kind professionalism.
Additionally, it’s a full service location with PO Boxes for rent, a cute area for last minute gifts or cards and of course packing/shipping/mail.

The lady there was very nice, but I feel like I got scammed. I was charged $4.50 for one polymailer, and the polymailer wasn’t even that big or anything remarkable. Be aware of overpriced items.
