We moved to the area and found Porterville storage. They are family oriented and have treated us as such. The facility is kept clean and both units were ready to go. Jerry gave us such a warm welcome when we moved in. I had trouble raising the door for the unit and Jerry came though to make it easier and showed us how to open it without problems.

I just wanna say that I am a customer of Porterville storage on Poplar Avenue here in Porterville California.  I want to tell people here in Porterville or people planning to come to our area that the customer service is outstanding. I want to say that I was in a deep dilemma and it was their weekend and yet they still contacted me. I contacted them. They contacted me and they dealt with me on a Sunday over the phone. I got my storage. I got a discount. The rates are terrific. I just want people to know that they’re running a terrific business here they’re doing excellent work. It’s clean. It’s practically always open. It’s climate controlled, and they are very, very attentive to any needs that we as customers may have. I am thrilled that I decided to bring my business to Porterville storage and I will continue to be a customer thank you guys for doing what you do five stars definitely if I could give you 10 I would so 10 stars it is.
