I would give this place less than one star if possible. Zero working cameras. Horrible security. My unit was broken into in the spring of 2021 where many irreplaceable items were stolen. They could not care less.
They owe me one month’s rent and after multiple calls, and promises of payment, they won’t even take my calls anymore.
There is a reason why this place is less expensive than the competition. If you value the items you would be storing, avoid this place at all costs.

My father was the owner of a storage unit, and he passed away around the same time ownership changed. My family and I didn’t have his key or know where he left it. The new owners not only increased the price by 20 bucks but then went months without finding a maintenance man. I kept asking for someone to cut my father's old lock so I can put a new one on and kept getting the same run around. Saying they don’t have anyone that can do that yet but after months of waiting I decided to just pay for a locksmith myself after saving up. He came and cut the lock the same day and the total came close to what I pay for the unit. I then asked if I could get a partial reimbursement or a free month since I had to pay out of pocket for a service that is usually handled by them. Again, after a couple of months of waiting I was told they can’t do anything for me. Currently in the process of clearing out the unit, I was very disappointed they couldn’t make a small accommodation during this difficult time.

UPDATE - The owner gave me a call within an hour of this review and graciously accepted responsibility for the misunderstanding as he didn’t know the full story. He kindly offered me 2 month's rent to rectify the situation and for that I’m grateful. Great new ownership and leadership displayed!

NEW UPDATE - I’m paid out until July 9th, and I planned to move out today (May 26th), but they cannot or will not (I’m not sure which) pay me back the extra month that I have. So, I'm out 80 dollars and I was told one of the owners would contact me and I haven't heard anything, this was a couple of weeks ago. Terrible management and just lack of communication, I would not recommend this storage place.
