Very fast place if you sending money to your relatives in the Philippines just show your driver's license as an ID and make sure you have a complete information of the reciever like the name middle name surname and address 😊

The workers can be overwhelmed at times but, that's not their fault.

Lines take a little while. It's not because the workers are slow but because they provide every individual with patience and guide you through the entire process of sending balikbayan boxes or money transfers.

They are me go to location when it comes to sending balikbayan boxes back home to the Philippines.

Worst customer service. They made a mistake with the scheduling and never showed up I waited for more than a month. Ridiculous you say? Wait till you call the customer service, worst than robots because they are real people, but can not help and know nothing their call center agents are very incompetent and unreliable.
What happened to LBC I used to believe that they were the best. Different management, maybe?
So now what? Well of course, never again.
