This was the easiest phone call ever!
Less than 10 minutes and Rochelle had me in a second level space, with every kind of free/discounted perk that applied. Really, I’m still not sure how the first Two months came out so cheap, but I’m not arguing! Thank you again for such an easy experience

Adding to my review on April 8, 2025 after being a customer 7 months.
The facility here is the most immaculate storage place I’ve ever seen and that has remained consistently since having a unit here.
I accredit Courtney for this as I’ve never seen her idle. No matter what time of day or night I have visited my storage unit, she is either assisting a customer or scrubbing the place down.
I’ve had some major life changes upon opening my account and even though I’ve had to become creative in getting my account up to date, I am beyond grateful that Courtney was understanding, patient and supportive with what I’ve needed along the way. She has been open, honest and maintained communication with me regarding my account and has always been respectful to me when I felt overwhelmed or anxious over my own accounting errors or was late. She is a sterling representative of her company as well as all human beings. I hope that her employers are aware that they have a special person working for them and I have considerable faith that she would shine in whatever position she was promoted to in their business.

Updating my review after 6 months: My "full price" rent of $111 was increased to $205 after 6 months. This is not the original 50% discount promotion for 3 months but the "full price" after the end of the promotion of $111 was increased! I immediately moved out as that is an outrageous and unfair rent increase. If you plan to rent for a short period this place is probably great but if you plan to stay for longer than 6 months, I'd be very wary of rent increases.

My original review was 5 stars: Rochelle was very helpful and nice. I was able to get the unit I wanted (on the ground floor) at a great price (4 month promo) all done on the phone with ease. Very happy with the service I received.

I would not recommend storage corner. When I rented the locker the woman in the office asked me if I wanted automatic pay, I said no because I get paid on the 5th. She said if I wanted to enroll she could change the date to the 5th. It's March 1st and I have already received 2 insufficient funds noticed even though I emailed this morning explaining the situation and requesting to have automatic pay removed. The first 4 ays after I rented a locker the gate key pad was not working. I had to wait a couple days for an hour until 7am until they could locate someone to remotely open the front gate. Also for dinner reason the woman in the office decided that when she left at 4pm that she needed to lock the door that led up to my locker along with locking the restroom. When the facility has her call me she told me that i there was a security risk and she had to lock both doors. Funny how they didn't lock the other 3 doors. I guess I looked like a security risk. Dang, because I rented a locker and need to move some belongings into the locker I guess I seemed not to be a desirable tennent. Yeah, I get it now. I see now why this place has openings and the other 2 stage facilities are so booked up. This place is very unprofessional. Didn't rent from this facility. You can find a much better place that treats you like your a paying customer and not like your a bag lady, which I'm not.
