A customer left car 20 min past when their charge was complete. When they finally left the charger would not work. That meant two of the four chargers were not working.

If you’re lucky there’s one WORKING charger available. It took months of calls to get charger no. 2 serviced and today it has a black screen. Wait times are over an hour. No. 4 is down, No.3 is charging extremely slow.

People waiting are usually super nice and often get out of their cars to have conversations. I used to own a Tesla and never talked to other owners so I guess that’s a positive.

This location is crowded and only four stations total so one of the smaller ones. My station at least had really good speeds so no complaints and I liked that it was at a store where I could co inside to kill some time and get some snacks.

1 out of 3 did not work. Agent could not restart remotely and suggested the 2 other spots that we both knew were occupied.
Cable too short for BMW port side.

EA can’t seem to deliver even half of their advertised charging speed. So if you’re waiting in queue, better check how long you’ll be waiting by looking at the station monitors or you’ll be waiting for over 60min.
While charging at only 39kWh, I called customer service and was informed that station #3 was historically slow that day. I moved to station #2 and improved my speed at 60kWh.

Had to plug and unplug about 3 times to get the juice flowing, and even after finally getting it to change, only 44kw on charger #01, nearest to the store ( but I saw chargers in the far end of the parking lot is getting speed about 90). Also one of the chargers is dead. Nice and convenient that it's at Safeway. The nearby restaurant Julia's vegetarian restaurant is quaint and very nice and good

All the chargers were working this time so I did not have to wait. 45kWh in 34 minutes. I went to trader Joe's after plugging in. After that while waiting for a little while, I had great conversations with other EV owners.

Good location by a Safeway that’s open till 2 AM. Only 4 chargers even though it looks like there are 5. They were all working and all fast. There is another station further away in the lot that wasn’t working. Someone answered the help line when I called, which was good.
