Took shuttle from SFO to downtown Monterey. Shuttle service was excellent and driver was very professional, kind, and polite. Shuttle was clean and the ride was pleasant. Shuttle was really convenient and I feel fortunate that this service is available in my area of Monterey.

My flight was at 930pm. Bus came on time. There's was a lady driver. It was the most comfortable ride. She was extremely sweet and nice. She treated everyone equally. Took care of an old lady and waited until her family member get to the shuttle station. Thank you for your service.

17 minutes late on the first pick up of the day. Then states: “I’m never late” and then quotes a 20 minute longer arrival time at the airport then the dispatcher the evening before. I NEVER had this problem with Monterey Airbus” - Groome OUT! Bring back MAB!
