The team at Valley Relocation met and surpassed our expectations of both quality service and quality customer service. The packing, loading and delivery team led by Jose was friendly, polite and always asking questions to ensure that they met all of our needs. They were neat and respectful toward the home we were leaving as well as our new home. The pricing was fair and we experienced no hidden charges the way many folks using other movers have experienced. Moving is an emotional and physically exhausting experience, but the team at Valley made it painless for us. I hope that this is our forever home, but should we move again, I'd hire them in a heartbeat.

When I choose North American Moving Services for my 2,800+ mile adventure in 2025 from Richmond CA to Richmond VA, I was partnered up with their 'affiliate' Valley Relocation & Storage.

VR&S and Gaylynn were spectacular answering my incessant questions on just about everything, as I was coordinating selling my car, finding a transporter for my 2 cats and of course moving my 4 bedroom house to the opposite coast. As was Tim who estimated my house items weight for the truck was spot on within 700 lbs.

Not only were they able to quell any pre-move jitters, Matt, the actual driver of the truck went above and beyond with his crew at the pick up point in CA and at my storage facility in Virginia, where after my unit was loaded, they rearranged things inside for me so I could get to all the important items without me actually having to move the heavy items to look at box labels!
