Nice shop with pretty much everything you might need. Staff is helpful too. Way better experience than Home Depot. My issue is that the open hours are inconvenient. I have a full time job, so I basically can only go on Saturday. Also the check out line is frustrating. Despite the signs, people don’t self organize. They should consider helping people get in the proper check out lines.

Met a rude cashier and no apology from the store. I am shopping at Home Depot from now on. Here is the story. The young lady cashier opened the pack of shims I was checking out, thinking she should charge me piece by piece. Then realized making a mistake and refused to get me a new pack, instead saying, “I am busy. You need to get new pack yourself if you want an unopened bag.” Another guy came and said they were all nice people, no need to be upset. The store needs to train their employees properly.

This is the largest ACE hardware store I've ever seen. It has the feel of an old fashion hardware store and yet has a wide selection of products. So cool.... great place to wander around looking at things.

Great customer service! I was pleased to be acknowledging when coming into the store and there were several employees waiting to help customers. I asked an employee to direct me to finding an items. Instead of just giving me directions, she walked me directly to it. Also, with it being Saturday, I appreciated that there were multiple cashiers to reduce the wait time to check out.

Helpful service, slow cashiers. What do they have a sign to make a line per cashier when 1 line is proven fast and doesn't clog the main aisle!? Ok stock, but very expensive for many items. For example, 10 foot length of pipe, $55... Not too bad... $10 for 1 foot!
