I recently visited our local EDD building in El Centro, CA for help with an existing claim. My experience was second to none. I was quickly and professionally attended to by the receptionist at the center of the office. I was given a seat, and my phone rang. I spoke to another agent, I believe from San Diego. This lady was so patient, and easily answered my questions. She was able to open my account, review, and remedy my issue. It was such a positive experience. Then a few days later, I called their office with another question. A young lady quickly answered, and within a minute, she had my issue resolved. The El Centro and San Diego office personnel that helped on these two days, deserve a commendation, and are an absolute asset to EDD.CA. GOV well done Ca EDD!

Thank you so much
Bobby

I've been waiting for six months that's the time that they assured me to be called in for the for the phlebotomy program it's just sad that you need to know someone in order to get anywhere. This is the El centro unemployment . Some one please let me know where I could report them. Also how to know if the waiting list is being tampered with putting others ahead of the list on purpose. I hope unemployment does something about this it's not right for people who actually go by the rules.

We need to normalize trashing our government, and anything beneath.
The online services are tremendously horrid, the over the phone services are tremendously horrid, and unfortunately for this office, who they work for is tremendously horrid. I've been 5 months without any phone service, help, or job. Welcome to the imperial valley.

Inefficient employment services at this office. Was given a phone number and told to call tomorrow. What a waste of a drive from Niland, CA 35 miles away.
