So pleasant, easy, completely affordable, and superb customer service! I highly recommend. The access is easy, place is very clean, elevators worked great, and they have access hours until 10.

Signing up for a space was easy through their website. They have different spaces available, so I was able to find the size I needed at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helped me locate my unit when I first arrived. I have no regrets with choosing this location for storage.

Cheap prices to start, they eventually get you to the base price. This unit is near the trolley and sketcky over passes of the freeway. Beware of possible break ins. This is an inoxicated homeless haven. Store Local insurance is a scam, I got stolen from and to be honest if you don't keep an inventory, you will get swindled. Regardless, the staff was very cool and helpful regarding in help with the tenants. Plus they try their best to notify you of any discrepancies asap. Good storage units but not the surrounding area.

I apologize for forgetting your name. There is an amazing women who works at the Hill st. Location. She had blond hair. Amazing customer service. Very friendly and a true blessing again I apologize, I'm bad with names.

Great place with great prices. Gilbert was super in helping me out when an advertised unit wasn't exactly as advertised and was no problem. He swithed me to a better unit with what I needed!! Brandy was great when I went back to utilize the new unit and close an old one. Kudos to you both!!!

If you're looking for a storage unit STAXup storage is your place. I've had my unit for over 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even when I moved and was just a little father from where my unit is I choose to stay where I was because I like where I'm at.

Moving in was super fast and easy, the units are gated very well and clean. A young man named gilbert helped me and he was very helpful, I previously came to get a unit before and the lady manager was the worse.
