I have been shopping here for 20 years or more and today they just disappointed me I ordered 60 sheets of drywall early this week to be delivered today. They did But when I got to the job site I could NOT believe it they delivered all their trash they had in the yard, first of all they didn't have the 60 sheets they delivered only 48, 23 of the 48 were old and damaged they had to pick up their trash . Very disappointed 😞😞

It made my Day!!! LAUGHING OUT LOUD MORE THEN A FEW TIMES!!! RAKING REINVENTED. . . I'd be more than 85% faster with this rake indeed. Last week of October filled Waste Management Greenery Disposal Bin with leaves just from one of more then handful of trees to go. Love winter. Will be back 4 this one. Parted with a small purple plastic for use behind hedges & between fence. Had great outdoor seasonal lights, & tears of joy of all newly donated toys. Great outdoor boards as important fits the teen seen many great givers haven't worn it out on their sleeves but have not gone unnoticed. Happy Holidays!

I've been in there 3 times in the last few months. I needed paint- horrible experience. I needed light fixtures horrible experience and I wanted to buy a high end security screen door. I couldn't find anyone interested in helping me or knowledgeable about any of the products. When you asked a specific question about a led motion sensor security light, one expects someone in the store is competent to answer the questions. I asked 3 men at the order desk and on women in the lighting department. You say, hello, and they are stumped for an answer.

Three times I was in the store asking about security screen door. I got the most help the first time I was in there. They were polite, but not knowledgeable. They gave me brochures. They other two times, they were totally useless. I want to make clear, I do not go the busiest time in the morning or evening. There is really no excuse. They aren't particularly rude, just indifferent, uninterested, untrained, lacking in knowledge of their products and unwilling to find out or help the customer.

Very disappointing ...........

I wanted to buy a bolt of a certain size, but one was not available. The young man who was helping me noticed my look of exasperation bc I'd already been to all the other hardware stores and NOBODY had the size I needed. He went way beyond the call of duty and used a hacksaw to cut the bolt to my required size. It wasn't easy but he had some time because there were very few customers.
That kind of service is hard to find! I am so very grateful for his help. I'll amend this review to include his name if I get to know what it is someday. I am very impressed if this is the standard of service that Dixieline sets for their staff.

Im not a fan of dixieline any more. Had bad experience with door and window orders in past. Covid came and they price gouged. Strong ties were more than 2x home depo and the norm. But this place has good inventory and good helpful staff. Just price compare before u hit the counter to check out. They might be gettin ya.
