I was driving behind truck today around 510 pm and a rock flew from back of truck and cracked my windshield and there is no way to report it.

The company has missed emptying the yard waste cans several times over the past month or so and when I called in to report and request they come out to take care of it the automated system said that service was completed on my pickup date. Yard waste cans were set out at 5:30 am on my service day and are still full the next day.

My rates over the past year have increased by over $20. No explanation. Just each month I pay more. No increase in services. No indications on my bill why. Just more money for the same service each day. Tried calling, and waited on hold for over 15 mins and gave up. Tried contacting via email. Still awaiting response. If you want customers, you shouldn't increase rates each month and expect people not to go to a competitor

Terrible trash truck driver. I have had the best drivers before. My one today sucked. I had taken a rosemary bush out of my front yard. All of it didn't fit in my bin. They emptied it. I filled it again and put it across the street so they could pick it up again when they did the other ones. He didn't pick it up. Who does that? It's literally a bush dude just throw it away for me. Geez. Shady AF.

I had the most rediculous experience today. I called to schedule a bulk residential pick up. Items are two box springs and a glass top patio table. They wanted me to wrap both box springs in plastic, and wrap the patio table in cardboard otherwise they will not pick up. So in other words, they wanted me to create more waste before they will pick up waste. No wonder people dump crap on the side of roads, because the trash company makes it beyond difficult for them to dispose of it propertly. I wish we had a choice in waste pick up but we don't. Good job WM. You preach sustainability from one side but force people to create more waste from the other side.

Well this place is ridiculous went there a few months ago they charged you by weight pretty awesome now that have a 98$ minimum to dump trash credit card only. Well I won’t be going there again.

Worst company ever. My neighbor has this service and every week, I'm not kidding ... Every week they forget one of their bins. So they have to come back every week and pick up the missed trash. HUGE waste of money and environment! We live on a hill and they have to back a quarter mile up the hill beeping the entire time - I am so glad I have EDCO they never screw up!

21 minutes on the phone to get an appointment for paint and chemical disposal, and now I have to wait for a call back to schedule. No wonder so many chemicals end up in the trash, they make it too difficult to do the right thing.
