First time here, read some reviews and honestly I don't see what everyone's problem is. In and out in less than an hour, forklift driver made sure the load was how I wanted it.

Georgia Pacific's forklift operators like to keep customer trucks waiting until THEY FEEL LIKE LOADING TRUCKS. Talladega operation management should not let trucks loading their customer's trucks waiting. This will make drivers refuse to pick up in Talladega.

Loader NOT LISTEN how you want the load , he say he done this for long time, send you to inside truck and put all weight to far rear. For real seriouly NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, unless you want a ticket, try by all means to avoid this place.

I hope your a mind reader, if your loading lumber the lift drivers seem really scared to talk to a driver when loading or before loading. I guess they don't understand a driver don't alwase get a pick list for your load. They just like to point and blow there horn. Just flat out poor/no communication.

Edit:Also make sure the loader don't tear up your trailer and not tell you, they may run and hide like a child.

Loaders here are very rude!! only one scale to use in shipping department.... and productivity here is a -5 on scale to 10! These guys should've been shutdown with the rest of the mills that were under performing

Very slow to load. Also they have a stupid policy where you must wear a mask at all times when out of your truck. Even to strap and tarp. Regardless how far away anyone is. I was more than 50 feet from nearest person and safety came and made me put my mask on. Will not load there again. Wow 11 months later and they respond lmao!!

It’s ok. Not the slowest and not the fastest. Gets crowded very quickly and they definitely could use a bigger driveway and more room where the lumber trucks load.
