After going to local UPS stores and getting various prices/startup fees I found this place doing a Google for mailboxes. Came in and was offered a mailbox for like 35% less than the ups store. Jenna was great and a pleasure to to interact with. Thanks for being a PO/UPS box option!

Owner is rude, unprofessional, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had going into a postal service requesting assistance. I went in to drop off a fedex package, I requested a receipt for proof of drop off to provide to my employer. Owner claimed his printer wasn’t working, funny thing is I went in a few weeks ago and he said the same thing that his printer wasn’t working . I asked him if his printer is always down and he said yes my printer is always down, in the most evil way possible. I wasn’t asking for much, all I needed was proof that I dropped off my package. This guy is fraud BEWARE! I’ll never step foot into this place again.

Thankfully I was able to locate a postal annex on Hesperian, their staff is a lot friendlier and they were able to help me.

Rude . That little man in the back is a prick. He is so rude and condescending. I will never go here for any reason ever again. The white lady in the back is ok. She was nice to everyone else.

If you don’t like your job then get a new one. No need to dedicate rudeness or attitude.
