This is long overdue, but I do need to share how wonderful Jerico and CSI Storage are in Alameda. Not only are the prices very affordable, but Jerico goes out of his way to make the process of setting up an account and checking into a unit seamless. My organization had a last minute need for storage, and Jerico was able to get us a unit within 15-20 minutes even while juggling other tasks. He also made recommendations on other locations that may have a better deal although we opted to stay close to our operations.

Unfortunately, today was the day for us to move out, but the experience and prices here are truly unbeatable. Many thanks to Jerico and the team for holding us down while we stored lots of equipment. 10/5 stars!

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with moving and storage. Jerico is so friendly, professional, helpful and just overall great manager! Francisco and Greg came with the moving truck and we’re also super friendly, strong, prompt and they tetrised all of my stuff in the storage area like champs. I wish there were more businesses out there like this!

If I could give more stars I definitely would first things first the storage is drive up you got to love that part. When I arrive the office was closed but the gentleman who was leaving happened to be the general manager Mike who stopped everything parked his car made sure I was taken care of and even walked me to my storage to make sure I knew exactly where it was. When it comes to VIP service I feel like it should be called VIP instead of CSI Mini Storage. Plus who doesn't like to save a coin and they're move-in deals including the people who will actually move you in for FREEEEEEEEEEE can't be beat

These folks went out of their way to help me. Mike and his team were great, there was a last minute rush to have someone meet a shipper who was coming and these guys stepped up and made sure that the shipping company could have access to my unit. I'm very happy and impressed, a big thank you!

Very Clean and spacious facilities! Jericho is a pleasure to work with and always has a smile when you walk through the door for assistance. I've witnessed him in action while assisting my bestie with storage day duties for work.
