We had storage units here for 2 years. The flexibility and customer service kept us here for the past few years. We’ve always received above and beyond service. I even got scolded for trying to do things after a cesarean and they insisted on helping, so I didn’t hurt myself.
10/10 recommend over all the rest 👏🏻

Very nice folks. The unit was clean and easy to access, and even has a light installed in the ceiling. I might end up moving my motorhome there as well. Very conveniently located.

Great service, gentleman was able to answer all my questions over the phone and had me set up with a unit in about ten minutes at the desk. Tidy grounds, with easy all-hours access. And much cheaper than the new storage place across the street. Recommend!

Location is ideal whether you live in the Palmer or Wasilla areas. The storage facility is located right off the highway so if you commute it makes it convenient to stop in there if need be on your way through. Employers are welcoming and comfortable to communicate with. It’s especially convenient the locked gate to the units is 24/7 accessible. When you need a little extra time with storage payment, they politely work with you. I had a unit almost 2 years and never experienced flooding or such in my unit. Highly recommend if your needing a reliable storage unit

Location is great - easy to get to from any side of the valley and headed into or out of Anchorage. Price is very reasonable. Units looked adequate and secure.

Guy was extremely nice upfront, helping us find the perfect unit very friendly and has a very friendly and energetic dog as well. Also is fairly affordable.
