This review is specifically for the new Anchorage warehouse. I think I had the pleasure of being the first pick up! I have used other freight forwarding companies extensively since 2018, and they were always great, but I loved my experience with KFF’s new Anchorage location. Other companies I have worked with have you submit for a quote and make the purchase for you. I loved that I had the ability to do the purchase myself as then I had the the ability to easily utilize any discount codes I had, I received the original order information for my records, and tracking information from the company to the fife warehouse so I knew where it was in the travel process without having to inquire. The ordering process was a learning curve due to what I’m used to but the email you receive upon completing the customer contract was clear and I reached out on Instagram with additional questions and they were quickly responsive and helpful. The warehouse is centrally located in midtown and super easy to access. I am super happy with my experience and will continue to use KFF!

I’m in Anchorage and just received my first shipment. 5/5 stars from me because 1. The account was easy to set up, 2. My questions were all easily answered 3. It was actually cheaper to ship this way than if I did 2nd day “Big Brown” or “Fed Blue” shippers 4. My package arrived when KFF said it would, and 5. Picking up was a breeze. I’ll be using Kenai Freight Forwarders again soon!!
