Terrible customer service. Placed an order through Costco and schedule delivery for 3 weeks out. Plenty of time to get your stuff together. Followed text alerts and shipping notifications and everything said it was being delivered today. A day I took off of work, because everything leading up to today said it was coming. I got a call at 2pm casually asking me to schedule delivery for next week with no care in the world or explanation. Be transparent, be honest, and do your job. I hope GE and do Costco stops doing business with you, because simply put, you’ve failed in every single aspect.

Worst experience ever with a delivery company. Yellow Freight delivered my shipment to them on Feb 22. I called Hackbarth over 10 times about my delivery. I spoke to Debbie who would tell me she would check on it and call me back, which she would call me back. Therefore I would call her again. Finally, on April 4. They never I ask to speak to a Supervisor but she said they would have to call me, which they didn’t. I was told I could come and get my shipment which is what they had been paid to do was deliver it to Dauphin Island AL. I ask Debbie how much of a refund would I get since I paid $250 to get this delivered to my house. She told me she would find out and call me back. Yes, you guessed it, she never called me back. Instead I got a text message stating my delivered would be between 9:00 - 3:00 on Thursday. They didn’t show up or call. Today is April 7th and still no call or delivery. I didn’t call Debbie this morning and she’s going to call me back. Of course, I don’t expect a call because she never has called me back ever. In fact, the only communication which was initiated by Hackberth was a text about the delivery which didn’t happen after having someone there all day waiting on the delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want poor service and no communication. Still waiting on my delivery it’s be almost a month

Be prepared to get late deliveries (I’m 2 for 2). You can call the company day or after hours and expect to get the same apologies and get no where. Both my deliveries no one at the company could contact the driver because the driver didn’t update their phone number so they can never be reached or apparently call in, plus there is no tracking on the truck. My recent delivery 6 reps from this trucking company all knew nothing and was unable to reach the driver it wasn’t for us calling original company of our order to find out Hackbarth just rescheduled without calling us. They just let us wait the whole 4 hour window and then another 4 1/5 hours saying truck was still in route probably knowing it wasn’t true. Total unorganized chaos. Good luck if you rely on them for your delivery.

If there was LESS than 1 star I would give it! One of Hackbarth’s drivers ran into my car 2 months ago, and to date NO ONE will return a phone call or even acknowledge the accident. Over 10 calls/messages have been placed to their manager and safety officer with zero return calls. This is NOT a reputable company. Don’t trust them!!

Great communication from the first text notifying me of the scheduled delivery and delivery time window of shipment arrival.
On delivery day I received a phone call from the driver with his ETA which was right on the money!! Driver & Crew were very polite & friendly. Boxes were undamaged.

I went to pick my delivery up at the mobile terminal and was approached by the terminal manager Kelly, who was the rudest Person I have met in along time! I will see to it that my business, does not go through this company again! This place has really gone down hill.
