Outstanding customer service from Jake. I needed O rings for a Ford 5610 tractor hydraulic pump. Jake sized the rings and was a tremendous help. I also got to observe an employee lunch where management was celebrating a great quarter with the employees. Such a great atmosphere at this family run business. Facilities were impressive as well. Highly recommend CRC!

We received our shipment today. Perfection. Rods were very well protected and the packaging/crating was excellent and appropriate for the product. I’m glad to do business with a company that understands their product and the importance of proper handling and care. Receiving damaged products is like getting a broken toy on Christmas morning. The attention to detail and customer service from Leigh Ellison at CRC is top notch. I have always received immediate replies to any of my inquiries. She is very knowledgeable with the products and has always been so helpful with any technical questions that I may have. If we have any issues with a delivery or price she's been willing to try and negotiate on our behalf in tight budgetary situations.
