Been to the store many times. I walked in almost at 5pm. A lady and a gentlemen asked how they can help. Told them what I needed and they showed me to the area. The man was very polite and helpful. Not 5 minutes passed and a lady called Valerie comes up giving me a dirty look telling me I need to hurry up, that I need to get my stuff and go to the register that they are closed. She said she has clocked out already in a loud voice. Had my husband on the line told him that they were kicking me out and hurrying me up. The gentlemen helped me with the rest of the things I needed and even put them in my car while Valerie looked on outside in front of my car with a dirty face. . Terrible treatment of a paying customer. Customer service is vital. Many stores allow you time even though they are closing to finish.

Nathan was easy to deal with and was able to get me everything I needed. Everyone is always smiling and happy to see customers, which is much different than walking into big box stores. Very comparable prices.

I started shopping here because they have water well supplies in stock. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. I started buying lumber now and its better quality than the big box stores and so far a couple dollar's less too. If you need longer board lengths they generally have it in stock and help load it. Hard to beat good service!

Great place to shop for hardware, paint, or anything related to home or farm. Prices comparable to the mega home centers but with actual customer service. They actually behave like they want you to be there unlike the Low / Depot. True story.

I stopped by because I had my license plate stolen and got it back after a couple of days. I needed screws to re-attach it to my car and no car shop in the area had the right ones. Valerie was extremely helpful. She took the time to get a screwdriver and try many screws until she actually found the perfect ones for my plate. I've never seen such a great customer even for a $1.52 sale! Guys at the checkout were nice and friendly as well and store was extremely clean. Highly recommend!
