Got me where I needed to go but it's definitely more expensive than Uber and Lyft. So just be aware that fare adds up quick.

The driver was also very sweet as well. Vehicle was nice and clean.

The lady who drives is rude ASF...she charges people before they even get to you,don't they have metersthey only come to who they want and drive where they want...I can't wait til the city of Huntsville Alabama put they tails out of business... she's very rude, especially when answering the phone..we will work day and night to ensure that the city of Huntsville gets to the bottom of it..we need better, professional people...not that rudeness and picky drivers..

Cab 1 about caused me to wreck/almost hit me, TWICE.
Cut me off two different times on two different roads and about clipped the side of my vehicle the second time.
He got in the left turning lane when I was in the right turning lane. When I was trying to turn, he still cut me off and turned right on red, coming from the left turning lane. When he did that, he also jumped in front of a van and they had to slam on their breaks, almost causing another accident between multiple vehicles.
He was driving very aggressively. Called to report what happened, just to find out that THAT WAS THE OWNER. Y’all be aware when using this company! I would never recommend them to anyone after finding out the owners behavior.
*Also when thinking about using this business, note the professionalism from the owner in the replies to the countless bad reviews.

I called several hours ahead of time to arrange for a cab. The cab was not there at the requested time...I waited fifteen minutes. The dispatcher indicated the driver was having trouble finding the address...um have they not heard of GPS? Google Maps?

I'd give zero stars if I could.

EDIT: Their response to my review is full of lies. The driver never arrived at my location so no I wasn't "jumping around like a child" and didn't refuse the cab when he got there as I had already left. Also, I told them the address several times. At one point, the dispatcher claimed the driver was at a different address that was within walking distance for me. I walked over there...he wasn't there.

Always on time, for the most part, but emergencies and people happen to people! 😂 I appreciate the fact that if they can't make it to you, they suggest someone who can and unlike other cab companies they don't lie about time to have you sitting around like a duck bc they want to monopolize your business.

I called Huntsville cab and received Rickey Richards as my driver. We got to my destination promptly and safely. He was an outgoing guy and made me comfortable while riding in a cab service which can sometimes be scary. I recommend calling Huntsville cab any time you need a ride and always request Rickey!! He deserves a raise, or at the very least a good tip ☺️

I needed a ride home from the hospital. I was informed up front of what the cost would be. I accepted the fare. And was picked up at a reasonable time from when I placed the call. The driver was professional and made the ride pleasant. I would definitely use this service again. And I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Took us round trip, 6 miles either way. It was $40. I believe we may hsve bern overcharged, truthfully.

Another time I was disorganized and could not put my hands on the cash I had in my purse. I am 65 years old and have age related memory issues. The man falsely charged me with trying to "Steal Service and continued accusing me while dialing the Police. He only stopped his threats and intimidation when I found my money and gave it to him. It was a large bill and more than covered the fare. I had not wanted to tip him because of his harassement, but he took a tip out of my change anyway.
