I used to drive for US1 Shorthaul, and my experience with the company was disappointing. The supervisors, managers, and dispatchers were not supportive or professional.

For example, when Niagara N10 California
was closed for New Year’s Day celebrations, US1 Shorthaul still scheduled us to work, even though the facility wasn’t operational. To make matters worse, they used our sick time to ensure we got paid for the day, which felt unfair and dishonest.

We rendered emergency roadside service to this company. We were told to bring out a drive tire for a truck, however when we arrived on site, it was a trailer tire that was needed. We spoke with breakdown and advised that we'd have to go get the correct tire and they approved the drive time to do so. Upon our return, we installed the trailer tire. We attempt to reached out for payment and no one answered. We removed the tire and have blacklisted the company from future services. Roadside service companies make sure you prebill this client to avoid the same billing issue.

I wouldn’t work here on 1st shift the supervisor miss d is not a good supervisor she doesn’t train people all she does is be on here phone texting and talking she barley helps her team members they want fire her either they have some weird stuff going on there 1st shift can’t even keep workers and I see why even another supervisor said the same thing about here his name is Darius Dickson
