Overnight parking is limited on rightside of driveway ( leftside is for local drivers as it is with most Sysco) start receiving at 6am ( be up ready to start moving in by 5:30am). Guard gave me a door and instructions to leave contact info and leave on clipboard after docking. Total process in and out in less than 2 hours. Very smooth and professional.

6am appointment for me, and they open the gate at 6am! Guard at gate gives you your door assignment. You proceed to door. You are also informed at the gate where to take paperwork to sign in. I was there about 4 hours due to the variety of picks I had on my reefer. The only complaint I have is the lack of restroom facilities. I suggest that you make a stop before arriving. All staff were very polite. Limited overnight parking on the street.

If you are a truck driver, stay away from this place, unless you want to waste your whole day, what a horrible experience. Slow,slow,slow.

Use 71 N Industrial Pkwy as the address for the truck entrance.. arrived on Memorial Day and parked on the street for Tuesday morning delivery at 0600.. a lot of trucks came there and tried to jump in the front of the line.. I was able to get to the guard shack first.. was assigned a dock number and it took about 2 hours to get 10 pallets unloaded.. kinda slow.. I never got a call from anyone just a text to take a survey.. so I walked up to the sign in table and my Bill's were there.. so I left as I had another delivery to make.. but it was kind of a chaotic and confusing experience.. very busy place.. there is a nasty port-a-john there by dock 45 if you really need it..

I hope this comment reaches the upper levels of Sysco. Please hire qualified personnel to unload our trailers. My trailer was damaged internally. I spoke with Carlos Tolbert and he said that it was just a scratch, that he would report it, but who pays for my compensation for damages? I asked for a report and he says that he doesn't have to give me anything, saying that I have other damages on the trailer. So if I plow your particular car it doesn't matter because you have other damages. This seems unprofessional to me and I hope they do something about it.

Worst sysco ever, been here for 6 hrs for a partial unload, I've been to many other syscos with full load and be done in an hour, hope to never come back

Use 71 Industrial Pkwy for entrance, it takes you right to the security gate to check in. Security guy was friendly. Standard 2 hour delivery, plenty of room to maneuver. I give only 3 stars due to they didn’t honor my appointment time and as we all know in trucking , timing is crucial. I had an appt for 08:00, checked in at 07:45, they put me on a dock door at 09:30 and I exited the place at 11:00. It’s only an hour, but one hour is very critical in the trucking industry. Plus the capstone crew was a little rude and disorganized. Overnight parking is possible. But not much room outside the gate on the street. There is a QT down the road that looked to have ample amount of parking when I drove by.
