There were no incidents of any damage and I am truly grateful for that. They were ahead of schedule and started work as soon as they arrived. I highly recommend this team for your needs. This is the 5th or 6th time that I have used Motivated Movers and once again it was an extremely painless, awesome experience! Darian, Krishna, and Grant were all very professional, courteous, helpful and friendly! Moving is always a stressful situation, but these guys always make me so glad that I called them to help me and it is ALWAYS worth the cost! They don’t waste time, but at the same time, they don’t rush and are very careful with everything! I highly recommend them to anyone that is moving, whether it is a local move or a long distance and they just load your UHauls for you. I have used them for both scenarios.

Update: Motivated Movers has reached out to us to resolve this issue, in the form of monetary compensation of $600 for the damages table and fridge doors. Again I suggest anyone moving with them to buy insurance package. They also did send someone out to patch and paint the front door of the new home.

We recently moved and chose this company because the reviews seemed good and they got back to us quickly to schedule a quote. A nice and professional gentleman came to our home to assess the move to get us an accurate quote. We scheduled with them weeks in advance.

The day of the move, 3 gentleman scheduled for the move showed up an hour late but got to work quickly. 2 guys seemed to be in good spirits and were professional and friendly, while one was visibly uninterested or motivated. While moving the fridge out, the storm door to our previous home was bent and cracked, and the front of fridge was severely dented. And apparently, a cover to the back of the fridge broke off, but instead of bringing it to our attention, they threw it away in the recycle for us to find later. Our kitchen table was broken during the move and is unusable.

While unloading at the new residence the front entry was smashed by the fridge (which I know because I pulled wood splinters out of the back of the fridge)to the point where wood has splintered and chipped away. The only thing that was brought to our attention was the broken kitchen table. A shelf was also rendered unusable, but delivered into the home and propped up against the wall in a manor that made the damage unnoticeable until trying to place items on it.

There is a claims process to get these damages corrected, which we have started, but I am not certain how long the process will take or if anything will come of it. If you choose to hire this company, buy the maximum insurance available and watch everything closely. I would not recommend this moving company. While they were friendly, I do not feel our belongings or homes were handled with care. And when multiple things were damaged, no one was honest in reporting them to us. Moving is stressful, and I was confident that hiring movers would ease some of the stress, but it has instead caused more.

The guys did a fantastic job with moving items in our home in an expeditious manner. Jacob and Lee ( I hope that was his name) were extremely professional and even unloaded items from the UhAul that I brought extra items with. Will definitely use Motivated movers for any future moves.

We hired a three-man team of movers for the relocation of our four-bedroom home. These guys were exceptional! They were efficient, meticulous, and courteous; not a single item or piece of furniture was damaged. They were also mindful of the walls at both homes, ensuring that there were no dings. I was genuinely astounded by the seamlessness of their job. Motivated Movers has undoubtedly earned my trust for any future moves in our family’s life.

They showed up around 12:15 and immediately started working getting everything moved from one house to another on the same property. They moved all the large furniture quickly and efficiently. At 1:17, they decided to leave even though there were still numerous smaller items that we needed to move ourselves. However, the company has a 3 hour minimum policy. My understanding was that if there were still things to move, they would stay and continue working for 3 hours. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The guys that helped me with my interstate move were great. They got everything done in a fast and efficient manner. All my items left and arrived in tack. I would definitely recommend and use motivated movers again if I need them.
