Can't give it less than 1 star. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with Jenny and did not get a storage unit. Trying to park a trailer that does not require insurance because the trailer is covered on the truck policy. Was going to have to pay additional for their insurance because my insurance didn't count. They would automatically add the cost of insurance to the monthly rent, without choice or consent. Definitely would recommend going somewhere else!!!!!

EDIT: Got a call back from Toni. She was helpful and much more pleasant to work with. She understood the insurance issues and accepted the insurance I already have. I ended up agreeing to rent there after speaking with her.

I rented here before, and it was simple. Not this time! 45 minutes on the phone, twice before I finally got a spot for my camper. I sent them my insurance policy twice and I still got an email saying that I would be charged for insurance! Also, there is a sign saying, first month is a dollar, but then told that that doesn’t apply to outside storage. The whole experience was very aggravating. If I didn’t live right across the street from this place, I would’ve went somewhere else.

Update: Sandy Dow called me and was very apologetic for my aggravation. She was genuinely concerned and credited me with a months rental. I’m changing my review to 4 stars.

Here we go again in reference to my insurance on my trailer that is storage in your facility. We pay our insurance with Allstate bi-laterally, that would be every six months, so we don't get our paperwork from Allstate until they decide to send it by mail to us. Through fore you guys charge us an extra 30.00 a month until I can provide a copy for your records which to me is highway robbery!!!! because sometimes it takes two months before receiving it. Been with you guys several years now and we're currently not happy campers!!!!!

I think a 2 star review rating says do not rent here. Just know that they charge you $50 extra per month for insurance, even after providing proof that you have your own insurance. Good luck in trying to cancel with them, all you get is an answering machine for customer service. You’ve been warned by many after reading the reviews!

Terrible customer service, and terrible about getting a resolution to a problem. A lock was put on our unit even though we have never missed a payment. When I called, I was told "It must have been a mistake, sorry" I was on the phone to speak to a manager for 15 mins, was hung up on, called back, and was told a manager would return my call within the next 24 hours then hung up on again. Never received this return call. We just cleaned our unit out and have taken our business elsewhere. Do not recommend using!

The Owner used to be a great person to deal with but since he has hired a management company the prices have risen and the customer service has declined exponentially. In my humble opinion, the current management company will cost him business.

***UPDATE*** 6/1/23, I had yet another run in with the management company so I decided to find the actual owners. I talked to the owners and they are just as frustrated with their management company as we are. They are actively looking for a better solution and were very apologetic about the misunderstandings, and poor service from this company. They quickly resolved the issues I was experiencing. I am going to change my rating to 3 stars because of the good experience I did have with the owners. If/when they get a better management company OR just manage it themselves, I will up this rating to 5 stars.

This review is in reference specifically to customer service I received from Joie today. It does not necessarily reflect prior experiences. Today, Joie was very polite, prompt and professional in checking to be sure my issue was resolved. She was helpful, and I’d gladly have her as my customer service rep in the future.

Was great when we first rented 6 years ago. The price for our little strip of gravel has almost doubled since the management company took over. Plus there is no fence on the back of the property allowing vandalism. Our RV was vandalized in January and they stole the battery and propane tanks and all we got was a “sorry about that”.
