Walked in nice clean store. Was helped by Cody to start. Very nice and professional. Other gentleman left. When looking at the phones and asking questions as one does he comes back and while standing back some how proceeds to dominate any question I asked and talk over the one originally helping me. Ok fine but the tilone was were I was done. The condescending tone was to much. Pulled my keys and left. I'll just order on line. And we wonder why stores are closing. I'll never go into there again. Save your self the time and just order on line.

Verified with CSR that I could get $300 off on IPhone 16 pro trade in. I proceeded with the upgrade. I never signed the new contract but received a text that myself or an authorized user had electronically signed for me? She folded the paperwork and placed it in the sack. The lady constantly was talking, but not to me. I decided to get the glass screen protector. She didn’t know how to align it with the provided charging port guide until a colleague told her. As she started to apply it I told her she needed to do a good job and get it straight. When she finished it was not square and placed too far to the bottom of the screen. I rubbed my finger at the bottom of the phone and could pick it up!
I told her it looked like $hit on a $1100 phone. She wanted to know if I wanted one to do it myself because it wasn’t her fault. But I took the alignment tool and reinserted it, pulled the film up as it should have been placed and it would have been fine. I tried to show her and she didn’t care. She screwed up. I took the new one offered to do it myself.
After I got home and looked over the paperwork, I was only given $235 for my perfect condition iPhone trade in! WTH!!
I will never return to that store again. How can they electronically sign documents for you? And not disclose details on value of your trade? Will see what my first bill looks like. I may be back to talk to the manager. Totally disgusted!!!

Everyone at this location has always been so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They've made T-Mobile pleasant to work with, and I always visit the store over calling whenever I'm shopping for devices, managing lines, or looking into offers. It'd be really hard to beat this level of service.

I was at this location this morning to set up my new tablet. The Staff was very helpful and assisted me with excellent. They are very knowledgeable about their Services.
I was in there last week to set up my New phone and the service was excellent.

Came with my son mother to move my 4lines from spectrum everyone was helpful helping us in there to make sure she found us the best deal. She cared more about helping us get our Bill low because of our fixed income and then was able to get us free phones she explained everything got my bill almoat 100 cheaper than what I was paying. I will definitely be back to work Allma.

After 4 days, and near 4 and a half hours dealing with online difficulties getting a new account to actually work, it took under 45 minutes in the store for their associate Josh to completely resolve every issue.

I went in unsatisfied and frustrated and came out of the physical location a very happy customer. I highly recommend, and am extremely appreciative of, the customer service afforded me by the professionals at this location and will very loudly praise Josh to everyone I come across, for all of his patience and professionalism.

thinking about switching providers after a visit to this store, didn’t want to help with my trade in and after stand there for 10 min; found a way to get out of helping me, said the scratch on the screen counted as damage. even though it had no effect on the display, lazy didn’t want to deal with helping a loyal customer
