This pet store provides a 5-star, exemplary service experience to their customers. Ryan, Tess and Rachel were so nice to me. They went above and beyond to help me built my aquarium. These ladies were friendly to me every time that I made a visit to purchase more items for my aquarium. In fact, I have never received this type of one-on-one service from employees at any other pet store that I have visited. They really care and provide their customers with the utmost respect and service. I will definitely shop there again. I am sure that it will be very soon. Thanks ladies! 😊

Me and my entire family bring our fur babies here! They love it and so do we! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and soooooo understanding, about our pets needs! We have been meet at the door EVERY time we enter! The absolute best place ever! My babies thank it's a treat when we go to " their store" !

I've always bought a "dirty dog discount card" to use at their stores. Today when I came in I was told I couldn't use the card because they're independently owned, even though I've never had this problem when going to either store. Ended up leaving over $100 worth of merchandise on the counter while waiting around for a manager over a $10 prepaid dog bath card.

Their management doesn't care about you and WORSE, not the health of your pets. I'll preface this review by stating we've been loyal customers since the opening of this location. For many years we've fed our GSD the same brand of food(purchased at this location). Out of nowhere both of our dogs began experiencing gastrointestinal issues. They've never acted like this and nothing changed in their diet or environment. After changing to an even more expensive food(purchased here) their symptoms disappeared. We returned to the store to return the dog food in question and inform the store of the potential issues. Hannah, I believe her name was, identified herself as the store manager. She was so IMMEDIATELY and incredibly rude and adamant about her refusal to accept the return she wouldn't even let us finish explaining our concern for other pet owners. I was shocked by her reaction. When asked who else I could speak to about the issue she informed me she would not give me the contact information of the franchise owners and she was trained by them to "do everything correctly". As a business owner myself I can tell you, she in fact did nothing correctly and lost an extremely loyal customer who spends more than an average pet owner at her specific location. I don't care about the $70ish dollar bag of dog food but I hope others that spend near what i do (3-4k annually) take their business else where that understands the fundamentals of customer service.

It seems like they're always out of stuff so the selection isn't great for what I was looking for. Cute dog with his new harness for added attention. Had to have help to find size we were looking for. Wish I could remember her name she was very friendly and helpful. Thank you
