Poor job loading the product on 1/7/25, 4 1/2 hours of waiting. This in and of itself wasn't bad until I arrived at the receiver, and they told me they couldn't remove the product due to faulty loading. Now, as i returned the product on 1/8/25, I arrived at 4 pm, and it's now 930pm. I get the call for the door, and this is what it looks like in the trailer.

Normally, they have the trailers loaded and ready, so there's little delay when picking up your load. Everyone I've met in the guard shack has been pleasant and polite.

1star for the nice ladies at the guard shack. They send you to a dirt lot where there's not enough room to handle so many trucks. I had a 5 pm appointment. It is now 3 am. 10 hours my trailer has been in a door! I'm 7 and a half hours away from my delivery, which of course now I won't be on time. Why schedule trucks if you can't get them loaded in a reasonable amount of time? Every truck that has arrived since has already been loaded and are gone! This is ridiculous!
Drivers don't come here! In fact if TQL brokers your next load refuse it. This isn't the 1st time my dispatcher used them and not the 1st time I've had to sit without TQL paying any detention!

FCFS ,24hr open its a fresh chicken after check in they will give u a door aftr 5-6hr nd then again they will take 4hr means total full loading time 10hr atleast, they have a scale,people are nice but not in hand reduce the loading time..

This place screwed me over for New years Holiday, waited 2 days to get loaded, then they canceled the load on me and broker didn't pay me for layover just said it's trucking for you and hung up and kept hanging up PS

Trailer has been in door for 13 hours…call for an update tell you It won’t be long then another hour passes. And of course they pull this the day before Christmas.

Update:15 hours total they had my trailer. Delivery appointment missed by 3-4 hours. Thanks pilgrims…

This place is good for hook and drop trailers only not for live loads. If you go there to pick up live load there is no time limit when they will load you. FCFS or appointment means nothing to them. Live load truckers not allowed to park inside, they have to park outside in dirt lot by the side of road.
2 stars only for restroom that they allow drivers to use and scale on site. Security guard ladies very polite and helpful.
Poor management for shipping, they need to orders trucks when loads are ready. According to me minimum wait time at place is about 8 to 10 hrs. Owner operators avoid this place if you can.
Don’t want leave bad comments but no choice left after visiting to this place.
