When I started with them, they seemed friendly enough. However, that has slowly changed. I have noticed my checks being held past due dates until I get a late fee, they tried to say that I sent I to the wrong place but then why was it cashed on time the last time it was sent? I did the automated system to make sure everything was on time and there wouldn’t be any misunderstandings. I rarely use my debit card, in fact I use my CC for most purchases for security. Shortly after using the automated system, 2 days later, someone is shopping at Walmart online with my debit card. This has not happened once, but 2x with the new cards (thankfully my bank has stepped in to stop all transactions). Each time, it’s after I use the automated system. I’m not sure if it’s been hacked or what, but whatever is happening, we’ll be going a different route to pay our water bill. Also, it took the 3 days to report continuous water flow at our house, thankfully our landlord is taking care of it.

I am new with LCWA. I just had an incident of as soon as I lather myself with soap my water turns off. Not because I didn't pay a bill because their workers showed up to do work by the road and shut my water off without so much as a phone call. That is not good business practice. I apparently had my water turned on but they didn't actually turn the valve so after 2 days I call to ask when I'm getting water to then being told to go check the valve. This is not a good way to start things off. When I showed up to set up my account and 2 of the ladies weren't pleasant one being very rude. I get the feeling I'm not gonna be happy with our water service.

Horrible!! Beware, we had a leak and I only figured it out because the difference in the bill amount. When I called and asked why the amount was so much, they said you have a leak of 3 gallons per minute. I asked why they didn't let us know and she laughed and said that then they would be doing nothing but letting people know they had leaks. I don't get the joke.. The water company could easily put on everyone's bill if they have a leak. I understand that would probably lose the water company money though and that's the gig. Shame on the people who work there

This water company is way too expensive. And they are extremely rude. It's evil to charge people for a natural resource in the first place, we pay way way too many taxes in this state, to have to pay a greedy corporation for something God gave all of us for free. And on top of that, they poison the water, which makes us all sick. It's a disgrace. Praying God rectifies the water problem in this country. And puts out of business this evil thing called water companies

The worse of the worse. Everyone sitting in that customer service office. Just doesn’t care. They’re super snoody, and they think they crap don’t stink. Going to say calls starting going last week about my account. Wrong baby. I have no missed calls or voicemails. Try again.

If I could give zero stars I would! My elderly grandmother called with a question regarding a bill she had already mailed a check in for and the woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. I wish I had her name because she should be fired! She does not need to be working with the public at all!

I can’t say enough negative things about these people. Lazy, rude and unprofessional. How someone can get made at you for asking for help is beyond me but the woman who answers phones hates it.

This is the most difficult water dept I have evee dealt with. The employees need a refresher class on Customer Service. I was told today that I could "dig a well".
