The communication and professionalism was excellent. From the time the product was available for delivery I received updates letting me know The date and gave me a two hour window, which was very helpful. The two men that delivered the chair were very professional and conscientious.. I would highly recommend them.

Superior delivery experience! The two delivery guys were exceptional! They were knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. Assembled my bedroom set perfectly, ensured I was satisfied with how everything was placed. Very respectful took off their shoes when entering the home. Answered all my questions.
Assembled 6 bar stools as well! All the products were securely packaged.

The delivery team kept me informed of their arrival time. (And they arrived early!). Truly white glove service. Very careful to wear booties to protect our floors and gloves to protect the couch fabric. They steamed cleaned a couple of the cushions that got wrinkled in the move and even helped move our heavy wood coffee table into place once the couch was set. Thank you!

Couldn't have asked for a more perfectly synchronized schedule for the delivery of our couch! With me being out of state, I was coordinating several different people schedules. The office made every effort to fit me into a very tight window of time...without any gripping or hesitation I might add!!!
The mover's themselves were right on time, thorough with their project, and quick to answer any questions. Very friendly and courteous too! I would highly recommend Berger Allied Moving &Storage!!!

Got a call 30 minutes out, they moved my own rug back to another place in our home, moved furniture and put down the new rug, replaced dining furniture and all quickly and very happily. Fantastic service! Highly recommend!
