Customer service was amazing and my reservation was ready! I arrived at 9 am and checking in was painless fast and accurate the person who helped me shoot can’t remember his name but excellent customer service! If storage units had 5 stars or 5 diamond this would be their score!!

My partner and I had no idea where get a storage and came across placentia self storage right when we walked in the doors it was a warm welcome. The tour was fantastic and are storage room that we ended up getting was perfect we got a great discount for the first two months and our monthly payment is very reasonable I would recommend placentia storage to anyone

I have been with placentia storage many many years. I have never had any complaints except with one manager (there have been many and I don't remember who or what but it was resolved) My things have been safe and most of all managers have been kind. I recommend it to all.

Its hours aren't ideal. They close early. The buildings are breezy but theres lifts that go to the 2nd floor which is nice.

This storage is one of the more affordable in the area. Nice and quiet, and tucked in the back of the businesses in Placentia. You can usually get 2 months half off, plus they have a truck you can use to move your things in with, and it's free... With $100 fully refundable deposit. All you need to do is fill up the gas you use and have car insurance. Sure beats uhaul..

Great facility! Receptionist Joceline was extremely helpful and welcoming when i first went in to inquire about getting a storage with them that I didn't feel the need to shop around anywhere else. I lost my debit card a bit ago and she was so nice in explaining how to go about updating my billing info via online. I thought I was going to have to go in person but she saved me a trip and helped me get everything sorted out!
