I was in need of a storage unit and I was lucky to have found Storage Outlet in Fullerton. I spoke with Stella over the phone and she was super helpful in answering my questions. I was impressed with the customer service so much so I drove over the same day and ended up renting a unit on the spot after she showed me the available unit. Their facility is extremely clean and looks to be very well maintained with excellent security. I’m very happy to have found this location and will likely be renting from them for a long time to come.

Honestly, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had renting a storage unit. The place is super clean, but what really makes this place stand out is the people.

The storage is very clean and they have many different options to choose from. They also have the best service ever! Both Stella and Barbra are amazing! They go above and beyond in making sure we are satisfied with our units. I've been there for years and I have never had an issue. I could never think of a more affordable storage unit.
