She went above and beyond to ensure that my storage experience was hassle-free and convenient.

Moreover, Mrs. Kim professionalism and responsiveness were remarkable. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she was always available and ready to help. Whether it was providing extra packing supplies or addressing any concerns, Mrs. Kim consistently exceeded my expectations with her knowledge,honesty and friendly service.

Great instructions via text. THANK YOU! Easy access. Clean environment and the AC felt great inside the storage facility on a hot day! Arlene the GM was there and helped me with all my questions and getting a new lock for my unit. Ill be back and sending family and friends

Heidi is a absolute pleasure to work with. She makes it a breeze and easy to get started. I like that the music plays throughout the storage buildings and it is so clean it's like a brand new locker room for the lakers, I'm really happy I discovered this place give them a shit and they usually have 50%off first couple months if not more

I have had a storage unit at this location for several years. I recently had the need to add a second unit.

As always, HEIDI went above and beyond and out of her way.

I needed assistance in choosing the best unit possible for my particular situation.

I do not have a car & am disabled, so choosing a unit as close to the front as possible was & is extremely important.

As usual, Heidi came through with flying colors and chose the exact perfect unit, both in size and location.

She also chose the perfect type of unit.

Having both a regular door and a roll-up door was & is extremely helpful.

This helped me facilitate loading the unit without blocking the hallway.

Moving forward, these features will also help me add to and manage the unit without blocking the hallway.

Nice place! It is clean & the AC is AWESOME especially in this summer heat. I love knowing my belongings are kept in a temperature controlled storage. I really like the sweet girl Heidi who works there, she is so attentive, knowledgeable about the sizes of the units and cares about my storage needs & wants. She is always there when we have questions or any concerns. I like knowing she’s always there to help. I like this place so much I rented an additional unit!
