While writing this review. I have been waiting for more than 45 minutes to pick up my small Ikea order. That is ridiculous slow! Never use this company. Do not buy IKEA products through this delivery company.

Trash company. Pretending that they couldn’t access my building to deliver the package. Gave them all information for delivery, they promised delivery the next day but the same day they returned my package to sender!! I’ve never experienced such horrible treatment and customer service. I informed the sender about this situation, hopefully they’ll stop using this Tforce liars

Worst delivery company ever! Been waiting for my order since Saturday it is now Wednesday. "Delivery attempts" have been made, but according to the notes there has been "issues." Mind you the delivery address is not a residential area. I hope Nordstrom Rack finds a better delivery company soon!

Am only giving them a start cause I have too but worst service ever. Waited for my package. It dated it would get delivered 12/30 at 8:30pm so I waited outside my gate 8:00 nothing now there’s no tracking. 8:22 all of sudden states unable to deliver cause there’s no access. Seriously I was outside dint even bother to come close to the gate. Never saw a truck or someone waiting outside to come in. This company either fix this situation or don’t work as delivery service

Terrible experience with this company. I received a notification from Sender about a delivery attempt, but when I tracked the package on their website, it showed that I had refused it—which never happened. No one came to deliver the package, and my messages about the situation went unanswered. On top of that, their customer service is unreachable by phone. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

These are the worst people ever!
I have never had such an horrible experience. I received notice that my package was on the way, the next day. I received notice that the package was delivered at 7pm last night. NO PACKAGE! No one came to my house, they never attempted to deliver my package. By morning my package was sent back to Nordstrom! Now I can no longer purchase the items. To say I'm fuming is an understatement! 😡 This absolutely horrible and unacceptable for Nordstrom standards. They need to get rid of these folks, they are worthless.

This has to be the worst freight company ever. They lost/damaged $17,336.70 in merchandise and a claim was submitted over 4 months ago and we still have yet to receive our reimbursement. I don't know how they are still around with such poor customer service and business practices.

I agree with the other reviewers, Nordstrom and any respectable retailer needs to drop T force. I’ve only had negative experiences with this courier. Anytime I see that they are handling my package I already know there will be an issue. I have ordered expensive items and they are not handled with care. I waited all day at home to receive an expensive item I had ordered from Nordstrom and did not hear a single knock or doorbell ring on my camera, instead I only received a notification that they attempted to deliver however “no access” as I was not home which is complete lie. The next day when I was not home they of course decide to leave my expensive item outside at the door when they could have used the package concierge like all other couriers but they are lazy. Never had an issue with on trac, usps, fedex, ups. I do not trust this unreliable and unprofessional company. Please Nordstrom or any other retailer do NOT use this company as they are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have poor business practices
