My family has been LBC customers for over 20 years. We have always relied on LBC to deliver our hard earned money and our care boxes to our loved ones.

LBC Sacramento has the best staff and crew. The clerks are courteous and patient and are willing to answer inquiries at the branch and over the phone.

The pickup drivers are respectful, reliable, and consistently communicate on the day of pickup. They securely tape up my boxes to make sure they don't get damaged during transport and shipping.

I recommend LBC Sacramento if you want good and reliable service.

I am writing to formally share my worst experience with LBC. I am a customer from Elk Grove, CA, and shipped 2 XL boxes going to Camarines Norte last April 10, 2024. Since there was no action from your end, even I called and messaged your customer service many times about my family receiving a tampered box. It was shipped together, and 1 box was delivered completely, but the other box was late for 7 days. Every time I tracked, it was showing me, at the warehouse, and on the way to Camarines Norte. I felt something was not right when the 2 boxes were shipped together and just the other 1 stopped updating from Manila warehouse. I let my sister check at LBC Daet since it was already 7 days late. LBC Daet said in transit, and the next day, it was delivered to my family's house. My sister told me that the box seemed that someone opened and taped it with a different kind of tape, which is so obvious. (Photo Attached). When they finally opened, it was a frustration - many items were missing, especially the gifts that we bought for them were stolen. It's not the amount. It was the effort and time we spent shopping for those gifts. I got frustrated because instead of being happy and excited about receiving the box, it turned out to be a nightmare for me and my family. It's hard to trust LBC again because of these people behind stealing the fruit of our hard work.

I request that you, LBC, investigate this matter immediately and take the necessary steps. It's not easy to fill in the boxes that your people will just steal. We took time and spent money and effort for those boxes. 😢

Wow! What an outstanding customer service! Very impressive ! It’s Wednesday and not knowing that the branch office was closed, but Kuya Ricky from LBC, Mack Rd Sacramento just happened to be there, helped us and took care of us.
