Waste management refuses to pick up my trash. They say they can't get to the garbage because their trucks can't drive down the same alley they've driving down for years. Instead of working with the city to address this my garbage is not being picked up AND you are still charging me every month. This is unacceptable. address is 5049 E Belmont Ave fresno ca.

It is so very difficult to speak to someone from your office! I tried several times! Finally was able to speak to somebody regarding property damage at the pick up of the large dumpster! Still no resolution or returned calls even from the insurance agent! It’s been over a month! But you got all your payments!

Great company to doing business with. WM cares of the customers and flexible if you need any changes on service. Easy to reach the representative if needed and they response on the emails the same day. Very dependable.

Not only was the wrong dumpster delivered, which didn't impact us, but was incorrect. When we ordered the dumpster to be picked up, they scheduled for Monday, never showed, rescheduled for two days later, but sent another dumpster instead of pickup, and charged us another$1300 for their mistake. Then rescheduled yet again to pick up another two days later. When u call in u get transferred all over the place, and what ur told is not what happens. Horribly run organization. The only good thing is the drivers are very nice and one cust svs rep was helpful. Other than that it's a clown show.

Our regular driver always makes sure he puts the containers back just as he found them. I try to catch up with him when I see him pull in the lot. Always helpful and willing to share any information.

02/23/2021 around noon saw a Waste Management truck from Sacramento Dumpster Rental driving along I-80 dumping tons of plastic garbage out of the top of the truck. The garbage was lots more than what is shown in the photo, and it was flying all over the freeway including oncoming traffic, and floating into the wetlands / farm lands in that area. Not a good look for a company whose slogan is "Think Green, Think Clean".
