They open at 8 and close at 1630 for pick ups and deliveries, fcfs but will put trucks in docks first that arrived before they opened. Figured this out after being told trucks been here since 6 and I just jumped line when they were sitting off to the side, which now makes me know they don't have overnight parking, no bathrooms for drivers. Even waiting for other drivers was still out before 2 hours. Couple things could be worked on but overall better than other places I been too.

in and out pretty fast for Saturday evening.
just sort your stuff at home.
park. walk in get a cart and cans. go to car unload.
the wait wasn't bad and the people are nice and helpful when it's your turn!

Apparently they've been closed over a year but still let people pull in and wait around without telling you. The gate is wide open with a sign saying they're still open. The only closed sign is pulled to the side of the Parking lot after you've already entered the facility.

I would give a 0 star. Do not go. They have no customer service, the lady hate her job. The receptionist is very moody, rude, and will not listen.
People sorted their stuff and got in line and all the workers disappeared at 12-12:30pm to go on lunch and left us in the hot sun.
A few customers suggested them to have someone yell out or post signs up "we re going on lunch in 10 minutes, or warn people and let them know a head of time. Before they close for lunch and dissapear.
There's no sign anywhere about their lunch break closing time and all the employees went on at once.
I told the receptionist we re just giving a recommendation so it doesn't have to happened again. She said they have to eat. I told her yes, you have to...but that's not the point. Instead of saying "I ll let the manager know and figure something out ". She again said well we gotta eat. Give lots of attitudes and will not listen. Yes! You gotta eat, we want you to eat. Told her next time have people tell customers while they re in line or coming through the gate that you re closing. While talking to her she slap on a close sign on the window in our face and left.
We were so disappointed. It was our first time and will not go back. It's time for that place to clean up their crew and workers and fire a few people. I just hope the manager isn't as crappie as the receptionist. Will be calling him soon.

Great place! After lunch time, I was in and out quick for the recycling. The employees were extremely helpful! I had a flat tire. A few of the employees stayed after business hours to help with the flat tire, and even provided a portable-tire air compressor to pump the flat spare tire. On top of that, they even pointed out a good tire shop nearby. Now that’s what I call a five star service! Hence, the five star review.

Not happy at all with these people. I walked in 11.40am in the gate and took 15 minutes to sort my bottles. The people that work here took the guy that wasn't even ready who came after me to go first and left him and me waiting while they went on lunch for 30 minutes from 12 to 12.30pm. I don't mind them going on lunch but leaving a customer behind. That's not right and no one said anything until it was time for their lunch when they all walked away. When I questioned the cashier said we have a sign posted we close for lunch. Not coming back here any more for sure.

This is the place I have been going for years. October 12 2023 I went to take my recycling in and they are Permanently Closed. Only taking Cardboard. The sign recommend 2 Sisters recycling or Robinson Recycle. Not recomending this spot. The man wasn't friendly. I did go to SV Recycling. Better than the spot 5 min away.
