I have been with this facility for about 7 months now. When I first moved in, the process was very easy. I upgraded to a larger unit and it was just as easy. Ron was very friendly and took very good care of me. The lady who was there that day was very nice as well, but I did not remember to get her name. The site is clean, well taken care of, and easy to navigate. The site also seems to be quite secure. I hope to continue doing business here.

Do NOT rent here!

The lady who works in the office is very rude and disrespectful. Upon me and my husband using the restroom here, she leaves the office and begins banging on the door. When we stated “ someone is in here” she became more furious banging harder until she get comfortable enough to open the door while I was on the commode. She was beyond rude! Once I was able to get off the toilet and get to the office she then assaulted me by slamming the door against me. I’ve tried to contact her supervisor, even left message with the corporate office and have received no call back or response. I would like to file a complaint but unfortunately am unable too.

Mr. Felix and Mrs. Beatrice were the absolute best. They made my experience that much more better. Mrs. Beatrice had me in and out within a matter of minutes!!!! If you're looking for a clean and safe area to have your belongings stored, Derrel's is the place for you. It's spacious and there's plenty of space....LITERALLY! Thanks again.

Great service from Ron and his wife I unfortunately did not see her name . He was very helpful and makes us feel welcomed. Even gave us advice about buying furniture and things of that nature ! Give that man a raise
