I purchased my water filter from Clean Valley Water three years ago, I reached out this year to have my water tank/filter serviced. I was able to get an appointment timely. Communication was prompt, through call and text and my questions were addressed. My tank ended up needing to be replaced, faulty and leaking. I expressed my availability for appointments and for most part they worked with me. I had two technicians service my tank during two months of back and forth. My overall experience was good, my discontent is that it took two different technicians to complete the job. The second tech was very rushed, came in and out in ten minutes or less. I didn’t get the feeling the technician they sent cared very much, there was no explanation simply came in and left and didn’t allow time to ask questions. It helped that the office manager communicated timely and promptly, the technicians just need to do better.

The presentation by Shawn was well presented and he was knowledgeable about the company and the system; he was able to answer all our questions, and we had a lot of them. The quality of the service was exceptional. Alex, the plumber, was professional and had excellent communication skills. I was able to have a same-day appointment. I would recommend them 100%. They are installed on the water system at my house and we still enjoy them not only for drinking, but also when we take showers. You can feel the difference.

Installers were great. Cliff the sales guy was on point. However, i have had 4 sales people come to my door. They are disorganized and I have sent several texts to their front office to designate territory to certain sales guys. These sales guys have no clue I am an existing customer with a system already installed. They are trying to sell me a system they already provided....i been in business for many years, never seen anything like this...

We’ve had the Clean Valley Water system for a few months now, and I still smile every time I fill a glass from the tap. The water is clean, smooth, and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste it used to. I also noticed way less soap scum in the shower. Totally happy with our decision!
