Understand being late a few minutes but when you supposed to be open at a certain time and have already missed out on multiple patiently waiting alumni customers, very disappointing. Opener was doing their job today.

Really dig this store. Fairly good selection of clothes, hats and other Bulldog gear to suit your needs. I was hoping for more selection when it came to the mini Bulldog helmets, but due to supply chain issues, they didn’t have any in stock. Give them a look when you need new gear.

First time going in to the store . Too bad I had to enter a star because I would not even give it 1 star. The cashier who rang up my purchase was very rude and cocky. When I ask for a box his response was THIS IS NOT HOBBY LOBBY . First of all I know I wasn’t at Hobby Lobby The . Cashier name Pedro was so rude. And when I ask him about the return policy he stated all returns must be 2 weeks after CHRISTMAS. . But the receipt says it’s a 30 day return policy I only hope whomever the owner is of this store can train their employees to be better at customer service and not be cocky!!!!

Bought a tshirt for my son’s birthday that shrunk in dryer after 15 minutes and since I had receipt I drove 60 miles today to get a larger size. Diane the supervisor said (after humiliating my son by putting it on and proving it) that it didn’t shrink very much and we have to know 100 percent cotton will shrink even though does not indicate on label. She finally said she would give 25 percent discount for next size so ended up spending another 20 bucks for new one. Will never do business there again. They do not honor their products like other retailers do. Save your money. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!
