Don’t deliver here unless you’re hauling bulls. I’ve been here 5 times, and 3 times they COMPLETELY IGNORED the appointment time and got me sitting in the lot for easily over 5 hrs. Each time I’m the only one waiting for a door, and yet they always say “We’re working through the appointments, and we’re a little behind”. They don’t come in until 6am, my appointment (this time) was 9:45am, and I checked in at 8:45, and they’re behind? No other trucks were here when I pulled in. It’s so ironic that there was another reefer delivering when they actually respected the appointment time. The receiving window guys have HORRIBLE ATTITUDES, of course. They clearly hate dealing with truck drivers. If they hate it so much, go to a different division where they don’t need to talk to truck drivers.

Lots of room to move a big truck around, but can be very congested. Bring plenty of snacks and things, the wait can take awhile. Good time to catch up on paperwork and sleep. Been here a few times, and so far it’s been a lot of waiting. Even when on time for an appointment to unload, I’ve averaged a 5-7 hour wait before being assigned a dock door. Once backed in, you’ll be out in an hour or two. Employees here seem friendly enough, but not in the biggest of hurries.

No one is ever in the mcdonalds office. Been here for 30 minutes. Hear guys on the dock but no way to get there attention. This happens every week we deliver. Cargill / Mcdonalds needs to put a bell/ringer so multiple drivers are not hanging around waiting. We could be sleeping in our trucks!!

I'm a drop and hook. And they're late on my load. Plus there's literally no parking anywhere. You can try the streets. But it's posted everywhere no parking. Might get a ticket idk.
