My mother used to work at Cargill, and based on what she witnessed, I feel the need to speak out. The company is supposed to follow humane slaughter practices, ensuring that animals are put down quickly and efficiently between the eyes. However, instead of following these guidelines, workers would sometimes shoot the animals in the leg, leaving them to suffer in pain before actually being put down.

This kind of treatment is not only cruel but completely unacceptable. No animal deserves to go through unnecessary pain, especially in an industry that claims to follow humane slaughter regulations. It’s disappointing to know that such practices are happening behind closed doors. I hope Cargill takes accountability and ensures that all animals are treated with the dignity they deserve.

If your delivering no parking before once you get in you'll check in and wait couple hrs then they'll call you for a door and you'll wait couple more hrs point is big waste of time no bathrooms nada make sure u bring some lunch cause your not Goin anywhere fast

No restrooms that I can see sometimes a long wait for a door no place to really stage Very limited space no overnight parking Friendly people at the guard shack though very nice lady

Cargill Meat Solutions is an excellent establishment. I hear some complaining about having to wait for a couple of hours to get loaded or someone delivering crying about them taking too long.... Maybe you are working the wrong job. Some just don't understand the amount of work it takes physically and mentally to run a facility of this size.... Just thank the good Lord that life has brought you this far and keep on trucking.....

**For NON-bull-haulers** Avoid at all cost to deliver frozen goods to this facility. I give 1 star for the very helpful female security guard. You’ll be nothing but their inconveniences unless you’re a bull hauler. They also don’t respect to your schedules at all. Warehouse workers mean well but simply overtasked, it seems, so much so that they can’t unload you. If you come here, be ready to spend a whole day in their lot. I’m the only live unload truck, got here at 3:30 am for my 4:30 am appointment, and now it’s 9:50 at a door ONLY BECAUSE I WALKED AROUND THE YARD COMPLAINING to any workers who were nice enough to help. I was told they usually make truckers wait until 6pm since they’re “very busy with other things to do”. Calling the office is no help as NOBODY answers your calls, and so is leaving voicemails. Nobody returns your calls.

*Unloading itself was really fast. So I’m adding another star.

By far the worst Cargill location I've been to. They do not care about your time or appt for delivery. 21 combos and it's to hard for them here. First shift employees are the worst here! Second seems to do alot better. As far as delivering product avoid at all cost.
