My storage was broken into in January no one notified me or was even aware. Prices go up constantly and staff is rude and to be honest seemingly negligent and incompetent. The customer service center is just as bad and funny seem to care about any issues on the property.

Love this place!! I’ve had my share of storages and usually there’s always an issue about something; whether it be one or more of the employees watch you like hawks like you’re going to commit a crime, or just always up in your business. I’ve had employees be rude no matter what you say or ask them, comes off as if they’re unhappy with their job, or just completely careless. Make up reasons why the bathroom isn’t available or they don’t have one for customers! Just there is always something. Right here at Stor America, Henry is awesome!! He’s always nice, outgoing and pleasant! Their offers and deals are sweet! Overall the best storage company I’ve ever had!! And Henry thank you for your awesome customer service!
